- 2 eggs

- 3 mushrooms, washed and sliced

- Begin by cracking the eggs into a mixing bowl, then whisk in the grated cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Next, add the bottle of Fortisip Compact to the mixture, ensuring it is thoroughly incorporated with the other ingredients.
